Can't print all forms

I did not file my 2016 return yet. I'm in TurboTax Print Center. I have a drop down box there, where I can choose to print "forms filed with government", "forms filed with government with all worksheets" and "all forms". But no matter what option I select, it always generates "forms filed with government" without any worksheets. It worked fine a couple of days before, but not anymore. Please help if you know how to fix it, I want to save "all forms" before I file.

To view or print the complete tax return you will need to pay for the TurboTax account fees.  To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card, without completing the 2016 return at this time, click on My Account at the top of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Pay Now.  On the next screen just click on the Continue button.  The next screen will ask for all your credit card information so you can pay for the account.

If you have already paid the TurboTax account fees and are having a problem with the Print Center to get the forms and worksheets you need, this may be a web browser issue.

Sign off the TurboTax website and close all your web browser windows.  Change your web browser to either Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft IE.  Sign back onto your online account, access the 2016 tax return and return to Print Center.

I just tried it in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox. I tried it on three different computers located in unrelated networks. Still having this problem. I paid a significant amount of money for this return. Why in the world do they have this problem and it is still not fixed? Can someone try to download their return and confirm that they don't experience this issue right now?

I now have concerns about other parts of Turbotax software, which can contain errors that will lead to incorrect returns and problems with IRS.

I was planning to go over the return this weekend before filing, but now I can't do this because of this Turbotax website bug!!!!!!

I just downloaded a test tax return as a PDF from one of the online editions with no issue.  But as you indicated the only forms downloaded were the forms needed to file the tax return, no worksheets were included regardless of what I selected on Print Center.
This problem needs to be handled by TurboTax support.  This is the TurboTax user community forum so we cannot resolve website problems directly.
Unfortunately TurboTax support is closed on the weekends after tax season.  Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.

Thank you very much for your help and confirming that you were able to replicate the issue. I find it weird to say the least, that such a big company only works Mon-Fri and there is no even technical support over the weekend.

They do have extended hours and 7-day support during filing season, but not this time of year.

TurboTax has put out an article this evening concerning this problem, and it is being investigated.
