I used my debit card last year for my tax return, and am now trying to use it again for the stimulus package. The debit card doesn't expire until 02/23, so it's not expired. But I have no way of reaching a live person, and no way to check the balance online, on the app, or over the phone becuase all of the services keep telling me that the card information is invalid. If there's a live line of people that I could talk to that would be great. Otherwise, I need to also confirm that this is the card that I used last year to receive my stimulus payment, and if so, then I'll just get a new card. I also cannot find anywhere on how to do that.
Your account COULD be closed
I tried logging into the app and couldn’t thought maybe I forgot me info so I tried the forgot password and user id both said can’t process your request try again later finally gotten through to customer service after 4pm and was told my account had been closed and stimulus was sent back to IRS
