Can somebody help me? My return was supposed to arrive 5/02 but it's 5/12 now and I still don't have it. The IRS tracker says they have no record of my return?

My return was accepted by state and federal according to TurboTax, but when I try to track it on the IRS website, they say my information does not match their records. I have double checked my return and all the info is correct. I don't know what the problem is.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.  

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040
