Can not see prior years returns...how do i know if i accessed with proper username?

You must first make sure that you are in the right account. Keep in mind most people have more than one username and/or email they have used with TurboTax. One way to know you are in the right account is once you sign in, select My Tax Timeline, then select Looking for prior year return, then select the Tax year you are looking for. If you are able to select 2015, then you have gained access to the correct account.
