Can my tax due be deducted from next year’s refund?

I amended and added a W-2 to my 2021 tax return and now I owe taxes.

You need to pay your tax due with the amended return. Waiting until next year will cause your next refund to be seized for back taxes and you will not only pay the tax but interest as well.

But according to TurboTax, it says I owe over $800. I don’t have that. What are my payment options?
