Yes, if you have the 2017 Desktop version of TurboTax. If you do not have the Desktop version you can purchase it by going to https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/. If you need to purchase the Pennsylvania state program, you can do so from within the Federal program.
