Can I use the same software I paid for and downloaded to back file for 2015 to back file for 2014 as well; or will I have to make another purchase for 2014?

I just filed for 2015 days ago. I also need to file for 2014 and 2013! Will I need to purchase separate software for each year?

Yes.  Each tax year is a separate program.  Go to this TurboTax website to purchase and download prior year (2013 thru 2015) desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
