Are you referring to the new Turbo Prepaid Visa Card that is available this year?

Yes, you can.  Here's a Cardholder Agreement you can download as a PDF, which talks about direct deposit and how to enroll:

If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, one of the FAQs below has a link to the card's website and a Customer Support phone number.

Here are a couple of FAQs that talk about direct deposit.  Looks like you can even arrange to have it come a couple of days early if your employer participates in the ASAP Direct Deposit feature.   Not all employers provide early notice to the card.
