Can i see my state return before filing some thing dosent look right

You can do that if you pay your TurboTax fees, or are willing to do so in order to download/print your return.  To do so:

• Click on My Account
• Click on Print Center
• Click on Print, save or preview this year’s return
• You will be asked if you want to Pay Now.
• You will then see a summary of your fees
• And asked to enter payment information

The default choice is for Forms filed with the Government, but you can also choose to print/preview Forms filed with the government plus all worksheets (see screenshot below)
