Can I restart my entire return after being rejected? Want to remove dependents and amend later.

Having issues getting dependents correct ss#s due to courts and agencies taking forever. I just want to get some back sooner to help out and then the rest later.

Since your return was rejected you can change it and refile. You don’t amend it.
