Yes, if the tax forms request documentation you should attached a copy of your W-2.

no, i dont know where i put the original. can i print off what i entered in on turbotax and sent that?

both, state and IRS. Oklahoma.

Actually, it does not matter, you can attach a print off, it does not have to be original.

The IRS and your state receives the same information so they will be able to match it up anyway.
