It's too late to start a 2019 tax return with the TurboTax mobile app or with TurboTax Online. You will have to use the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2019. You can purchase a download at the following link. The CD/Download software has to be installed on a Windows or Mac computer. You can't use it on a mobile device.

You might get a better price from a reputable online seller that still has TurboTax for 2019 in stock.

It's also too late to e-file your 2019 tax return. You will have to print your 2019 tax return, sign it, and file it by mail. It will take an unusually long time for the IRS to process your mailed tax return, because they are still backlogged after having the processing centers closed for several months because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
