CAN I pay my federal taxes with my state refund?

No, for either the tax itself or TurboTax fees. TurboTax does not route state refunds thru SBTPG, as it does for Federal refunds to deduct TurboTax fees only. The only way Federal taxes can be paid with your state refund is if you owe back taxes, and in most cases only in some states.
