Yes, go to this IRS payment website and use Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments

But there is no place to list "1040 ES First Quarter payment.

Can I pay 1040 ES electronically?

Your payment date determines which quarter the estimated tax payment is reported.  For 1st quarter 2022 the payment can be made at any time on or before April 18, 2022.
