Can i have an update

May I please have someone look into my 2nd stimulus package. And give me a update of something. The irs is still showing nothing avalible.

We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error. We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process.

Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.

Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax letting them know their stimulus payment is on the way. We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers. We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

This is the same vague answer I have gotten from any of the emails from TurboTax

We in the Community do not have access to your IRS account data for privacy reasons, so we don't have the ability to look into your question.

We can hope that you were caught in the recent IRS in making stimulus deposits, and as @Catina wrote, the corrective action for this is occurring now.

Can you not look in to seeing if turbo tax has it?

TurboTax does not receive either refunds or stimulus payments. These are handled (if you are paying for the tax services with your refund) by a third party bank, whose information we in the Community do not have access to either.

This is a public forum, and for privacy reasons, we do not have access to customer tax data or their interactions with the IRS.
