Can I hand write on my tax return forms?

If you are filing by Mail, you can certainly fill the forms by hand.   But if you are e-filing, you cannot add notes or attachments to your tax return.   The electronic file will only include the tax forms and schedules that TurboTax generates.   There are times when supplemental information has to be added to an e-filed tax return, but you will be given instructions if that is the case.

What do you need to write on it?  The whole return or just to add notes?  Do you want links to the blank forms to do it by hand?   You can fill out the blank forms by hand for free.
