No, your returns cannot be sent to you. That is not a service provided by TurboTax. No one else can even access your account or your returns. If your own printer does not work, then figure out a way to print them somewhere else, like at a friend or relative's house using their printer. You can access your online TurboTax account from anywhere that has internet access.
