Yes, if the Vista card accepts direct deposit. 

You can deposit your refund to a prepaid card of your choosing if that card accepts direct deposit and you can provide the routing transit number (RTN) and account number for the deposit.

You can select "direct deposit into my bank account" and then use the RTN and account number as the deposit information. 

If you are not certain about any of the details, contact the company that services the card to make sure they accept direct deposits and that you have the correct RTN and account number to use.  

The card must be registered in the same name as the tax return, or the IRS won't complete the deposit, they will mail a check to the address on the tax return instead.
