If your Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card was damaged, lost, or stolen, there is a $5 fee to order a replacement.  Further information on this topic is available in the Cardholder Agreement's Schedule of Fees. To request a replacement card, please contact Customer Service at (888) 285-4169.
