You cannot get a refund advance until you actually file your tax return, and you cannot file until you get the crypto forms. Also, IRS e-filing does not start until January 27.

Can I apply for tax refund advance after I've filed my taxes because I was never gave the opportunity to to apply for it while filing my taxes online with turbo tax
