Can i do a written request fair act to receive a refund advance loan?

The review of my application for a refund advance loan that I applied for in TurboTax. Unfortunately I was unable to receive an refund advance loan due to an unpaid refund advance loan or refund transfer from a prior year.

Since TurboTax does not make the Advance Loan decisions, you can contact Credit Karma Support for more information.
