Can I change how I want to receive my tax return ? I originally wanted the money to go into my bank account but now I want it sent to my address.
I am unable to access my bank account since I moved to Ireland, so I would like my tax return to be sent to my Irish address.

The IRS does not allow you to change how you want to receive your refund after the tax return has been filed. But if the refund goes to a closed or wrong bank account, it goes back to the IRS and then the IRS issues a check and mails it to your address. Does the IRS have your current mailing address? The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank account. They will only mail a check to a foreign country.
If you need to give your address to the IRS:
