Can I change delivery method after filing

If you have already filed, you will have to call the IRS.

If you have not filed yet, you will be asked how you want to receive your refund.

  1. Choose Direct deposit.
  2. Click Show All.
  3. Click Continue.

It should ask you to verify that the information is correct, if it's not you will be able to change it.

NOTE: You cannot do this on a mobile device.

As long as you haven't filed yet (or you e-filed, but got rejected), you can change your refund method. For instructions on changing your refund method, please click the link below.
