Can I apply for the refund advance

The Refund Advance option needs to be offered to you. If you don't see the option populated on the refund screen it might be because you don't meet the qualification requirements. 
 

The Refund Advance option will be located at the last stage of your tax return preparation. To get here, follow the instructions below:

• From your TurboTax Online home screen select Review and File, and then click on Finish and File.
• After you pay your fees on the Review your Order screen, you will go to the Your Refund Info screen. Here, you can choose how you want to get your refund and see the Refund Advance option if you qualify. See Image below for reference.
