Can I amend my return?

no.i finished  the input  but it is  incorrect and i need to delete and change some entries

Then just make the necessary changes before you file the return.  That is NOT "amending" your return.  Amending a return is a special process you only use for a return that has been prepared, filed and fully processed by the IRS.  Do not click on anything that says "amend."  If you already clicked it--

In TT online, edits must be done in the original data entry screens.

Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.

since it has not been filed, you can't file an amended return.  make the changes necessary and file as an original return. don't forget the state, if applicable
