If you have already filed your return then you should not amend it until after the IRS has processed the original return. The IRS has your 1095-A and will probably correct it for you. This may delay your refund but will mean that you don't need to amend the return.
Once you have received your refund then you can make a decision about whether you should amend the return.
If you haven't filed yet then you can just go back to the healthcare section in the deductions and credits area of TurboTax and change anything that you entered there before you file it.
