Can I access my 2009 and 2010 returns?

I need copies for a divorce dispute.

neither the IRS nor TT maintain records going back to 2009.  at the IRS website, you can register and get a wage and income transcript for 2010 (this is not a full return).  TT maintains full returns for only 7 years as does the IRS
