California Won't Print PDF

Windows 10, Desktop Premier version. After the California update of 01/29/20, the "print to PDF" still rejects printing of CA tax forms to PDF. Even though relevant forms have been released and none are shown as a error, TT still claims California forms are not "available," and any attempt to be "notified by email" fails because no form(s) are selected. Another TurboTax software Catch 22.  Please fix!
