    @rogerborg

    There is no chat option.  But there is a direct messaging option with a TurboTax Support agent. Do you have Facebook or Twitter?

    https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax
    or
    https://www.facebook.com/turbotax

    If not, report back.

    Also, what is the "billing error?"   There may be an explanation for it.    Did you use Online TurboTax or desktop TurboTax (CD/download).     What product edition and optional features did you use, and what all were you billed for?

    You billed my bank card with invalid charges.  The total should have been only $79.99.  One incorrect charge was reversed,  The other one for $90.45 needs to be reversed.  I am very unhappy about the mistakes and failure to correct them.  I've spent several hours talking to you employees about errors.  I've been using TurboTax for many years, but never had the poor service like this before.

    Reverse the $90.45 immediately and notify me when completed.  If you need to talk to me, my phone

    number is [phone number removed].

    @awtset  It looks like MichelleLO  left off the contact link in her last answer, but I'm providing it below.

    Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

    You can use this contact form to get a phone number, or it may schedule a callback.

    BTW, this is a public Internet forum.  For your privacy and security, please do not post personal info in the forum.  Fortunately, it looks like the forum privacy filter removed your phone number you posted above.  You don't want anyone to try to phone you from a public forum and possibly try to scam you.
