My refund was sent to my bank on 2/26/20 but I never saw it deposited. I called my bank on March 2nd and they said they sent it back. What happens now? I've called the IRS several times but I cant get anyone on the phone. The automated system says it's too busy to take any more calls.

Not for certain.  The IRS gives a time frame of about 4 weeks for a refund after a mailed return.  I'd think this refund check would come much sooner than that.  Your refund has already been approved, so it's just a matter of processing your paper check, plus mail time.

If a direct deposit is rejected by your financial institution, the IRS will automatically send a paper check to the address on your tax return.

Do you know how long that typically takes?
