Has anyone ever had their bank account close after filing taxes how do you get your return?

The deposit of your refund from the IRS will bounce and a paper check will be sent instead.  The process will possibly take several weeks to complete.

Up to several weeks.  The rejection causes your refund to recycle back through the IRS administrative process.

Since the account is closed the direct deposit will be rejected.  The IRS will mail you a refund check to the address entered on your tax return.
