AZ taxes was submitted and processed but when I check aztaxes.gov it states "We are unable to locate your tax return using the information you provided"???

You can contact the Arizona State Department of Revenue in regards to the status of your return. Some states are slow at updating their web sites with the progress of returns.

Double check that the return was filed ....

You should have received 2 emails from  Turbotax.  The first letting you know the return was submitted, the second letting you know whether it was accepted or rejected.

Check your e-file status here to be sure you actually FILED the return and it was accepted:
