audit defense and accuracy guarantee is worthless

This is not a question as much as a review to warn other people to stay away from Turbo Tax. Don't bother purchasing the audit defense protection they won't back their software. My claim was denied because they said there were notes and details we didn't follow on the directions page that weren't there. My wife filled out all the information on the electric car we purchased down to the VIN number and year of make it the software said it qualified for a tax credit it didn't and now of course they refuse to back the faulty software.
