I already e-filed my federal and then noticed I transposed 2 letters in my street name. What should I do?

As stated above you can put in a change of address with the IRS.  If you choose to have your refund by direct deposit the wrong address would not affect your refund.  The address on your tax return is where the IRS (& State) would send you notices or send you a check for a refund if you requested a check (or your bank information is incorrect)
