Are all tax refund got delayed?

Over the last few years, identity theft related to taxes has exploded. In order to reduce possible losses from identity theft, Congress passed a law that forces the IRS to delay issuing refunds for people claiming certain deductions (the ones most likely used by identity thieves). Ex.  Delays For EITC and Child Tax Credit

contact the iRS to find out why the delay, only they can provide the reason.

I filed 01/25 but have not received it. No information given. They do not have customer service

Have you checked the IRS website, Where's My Refund?  It has information regarding your return/refund.  Was your return accepted?

Yes, it is just accepted. but still in process
