Are ACTC and a CTC the same? If not, will CTC delay my refund until mid February

Only refunds involving the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) will be delayed.

The Child Tax Credit (CTC) will not delay your refund.
