ANNOYED WITH THE ADVANCE

I'm 100% not going to use Turbo Tac next year. I have used it for over ten years, and the advance for the last 4. Never had an issue. This year it was offered through email, I filed through the link, and it wasn't offered. They can't backtrack and offer after filing, so now when I was expecting that advance, I am completely broke for 21 days. Thank you so much Turbo Tax. I will not file through my bank account. **bleep**ty service. Thanks for the notice to not submit or you're SOL.
