Hi everyone. I filed my taxes back in February and I owe both state and federal. I had it setup to come out of my bank account April 15th, but it hasn’t come out yet. What do I do?

Has your returns been accepted, and have you checked the status of your returns e-file status lookup tool ?  Did you make sure to enter the correct bank account and routing number on both the fed and the state?  If so, do not be concerned, last year they didn't take my money out till 3 days later. It is very normal with the amount of transactions they have on 4/15.

Thanks so much. My mother helped me with my taxes and I told her my account number etc. Do you know where I can go to check if the number was entered correctly? I am new to all of this. Thanks!!!

To review previously-entered bank account info, simply revisit the File section in TurboTax.

I'm having the same issue. My taxes were accepted the day I filed and its been 2 weeks. I don't want to be penalized. How do I confirm that they will take the payment? If I choose to just pay it directly online how do I stop the direct debit? State is North Carolina
