Amending states return for 2017

I am trying to amend my state return for 2017.

I have followed the instructions that a couple of folks have offered in these discussions and nothing is working.

How can I talk to a real person directly who could walk me through the process so that I can actually amend the return--state only?

    Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.
