Amending for American Cares Act

Hello All,

I received an email from TurboTax stating I could possibly receive additional refund if I paid for the taxes for unemployment under the American Cares Act. How do I ammendment?

You do not need to file an amendment if you filed before the legislation became effective.   The IRS has already started issuing those additional refunds and will continue to do so through the summer months.   Please see more here, paying attention to the request NOT to amend for the UE tax relief.
