Amending a 2023 Return and Stuck in Review Loop

I am trying to amend my 2023 return because I realized I entered my dependent information incorrectly, which resulted in me paying in but I am actually owed a significant refund. I can get all the way through the process, but it keeps looping on the final review and keeps telling me there is 1 detail to review. I click to go through it, and it brings me to the checklist where I select "None of the Above" because those reasons do not apply to me. And it loops back to this over and over, and each time deselects "None of the Above". I've cleared cache and cookies, gotten on a different computer, tried using an incognito browser and it is the same issue every time! Any ideas?

Just about ready to file. But first...
