I'M TRYING TO AMEND OUR 2022 RETURN THAT I COMPLETED USING TURBOTAX ONLINE, THE FREE EDITION. JUST THE SIMPLE 1040. I'VE GONE THROUGH THE STEPS ON THE TURBOTAX PAGE, CHOOSING THE YEAR, DOWNLOADING THE DOCUMENTS, AND THEN IT HAD ME CHOOSE THE TURBOTAX DESKTOP FOR HOME AND BUSINESS. IT STARTED OUT ALLOWING ME TO ENTER THE 2 AREAS THAT I NEEDED TO UPDATE. NOW IT WANTS TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE BEGINNING AND HAVE ME ENTER EVERYTHING AS A NEW CUSTOMER. WHY DOES THE 2022 INFORMATION FROM MY PREVIOUS TAX RETURN NOT POPULATE AUTOMATICALLY?
