amending 2020 tax return error

Hello

I have tried to amend my 2020 tax return because I have forgotten to add 2nd w-2 information.

As I get to the "Check This Entry" page, there is an error regarding box 20.

Could you please fix this error so I can process to e-file my amending tax return for 2020?

TurboTax won't support you with the Free Edition.

Even so, generally, if there is n error to review, you have to fix that yourself,

unless there is a TurboTax bug.

Are you referring to box 20 of your W-2 form? 

If so, this would only apply if you have amounts entered from boxes 18 and 19 for local wages and local income taxes on your W-2 Form.

If you do not have anything listed, you may need to contact your employer to clarify what locality name is and enter it into TurboTax accordingly.
