Amended State Return, but not showing up as option to e-file that state

I e-filed my Federal and 2 State (NE, ID) returns with Turbo Tax. I found out about the Nebraska Property Tax Credit. I started an amended return for Nebraska and continue through the steps. It eventually gets to a page asking if I want to e-file my amended Federal taxes right now, or not, and if I want to e-file right now, or not, my amended Idaho taxes. There is no option for Nebraska on this page. If I hit continue it checks my Federal return and continues to say there are no differences, then it checks my Idaho and says there are no differences. It doesn't go through anything relating to Nebraska to e-file the amended return. Up top it does display a $ number in green to be refunded to me.

Not sure what to do. I don't want to print it out and mail it - even the software recommends I don't do that since I originally e-filed it.

Many states do not allow e-filed amendments. You will need to print and mail.
