Solved: Amended returns

Just filed an amended return. After payment it said I needed to mail, so I printed and have ready to mail. However, the status indicated accepted by FED and State. Little confused on if I need to mail?

The status is from your original return. Amended returns need to be filed by mail and are not accepted or rejected, just received.

I am amending my return and need to mark the box saying that I am claimed as a dependent by someone else. Where do I find this box?
