Amended return status

My amended return status jumped to adjusted on the 7th of June after being on received for 3 weeks I cannot get into my ID me account because I no longer have access to that email, password or phone number. Anyway I'm trying to see what's next for me? Could I be receiving my return soon??

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take five months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

I've seen a lot of people update fast after filing an amended return I'm just trying to see if it's possible I get my refund back soon.
