I just received a 1099s form after I sent my taxes to IRS, should I do an amendment or wait tell next year?

Wait for the original return to be fully processed and then amend your 2022 tax return. You do not wait and put it on next year's 2023 tax return if the document is for 2022. If it says 2022 it goes on your 2022 tax return.
It depends. If the 1099-S relates the sale of a home that was your primary residence for two of the last five years and you haven't sold a home in the last two years, the sale of your home may not be taxable or reportable. In this case, you may wish to create an amended return to see if you do need to report the sale.
If you've already reported the sale that relates to the 1099-S, check your entries to confirm they match. If so, you don't need to do anything.
But if you didn't report the sale on the 1099-S, or the information you did report wasn't correct, you will need to amend your return at some point. We recommend that you wait until you either receive your refund or are certain the IRS has accepted and processed your original return.
However, a 1099-S must be handled for the current tax year. You can't wait and include it on your tax return next year.
