Since a long time has passed and nothing has happened, should I complete an amend tax return ?
If i amend a tax return, is there a probelm with the state refund? ( I want to mention that i have received state refund. )
Thank you

No, you would not need to file an amended 2019 return unless there was something on it that was not correct and needs to be changed or corrected. As long as the W-2 you reported on your return did report your income and withholdings and it does match the corrected W-2 the employer sent you with the exception of a corrected ssn, and everything else on the return was completed correctly and all income was reported, then you do not need to file an amended return.
You can go to irs.gov and use the following information to check your refund status and find out where's your refund:
If you have moved since you filed your return, it could be that the refund check went to the old address and was return to IRS. They could be holding your refund because they don't know your current address and contact information. If this is the case, you need to contact IRS to share your current mailing information and to find out if they are holding your check for this reason.
If you amend your federal return, then you will generally also need to amend your state refund if the information on it changes. IRS and the states share your tax return information and the states find out when an amended federal return is filed.
