Amend return on desktop without that option?

I netfiled returns for my wife and I, and now need to amend them.  This is on the desktop product.  Unfortunately, for reasons I can't explain, TurboTax has "forgotten" that I already netfiled my wife's return so doesn't give the "Change Return" option there.  (It's there on mine.)

How can I convince TurboTax that I want to amend my wife's return, not submit it for the first time?

Switch over to Forms mode and open the 1040X for her. Select that you are amending 2024. The numbers will pull up and then you can amend.

I should have mentioned that this is for Canadian taxes.  Is there a magic form in that case?
