Amend previous returns

I recently discovered that I am do some refunds from 2016/2017 & 2018 if I amend these returns. I was successful in getting the amendment completed for 2018 but can get TurboTax to open to allow me to complete 2016 & 2017. I understand it will have to be mailed upon completion. I may have use TT software on occasion instead of TT online but i have no idea what user names or passwords i used in the past. How can i get the amens completed vis TurboTax.
